                 11      Ounces        Warm Water
                  1 1/4  Tablespoons   Salt
                  1 1/2  Tablespoons   Butter Or Margarine -- Softened
                  1 1/2  Tablespoons   Dry Milk Powder
                  3      Tablespoons   Molasses
                  3      Cups          Whole Wheat Flour
                  3      Teaspoons     Vital Wheat Glutin -- Or Dough Enhancer
                  1 1/2  Teaspoons     Dry Yeast
                    1/4  Cup           Cracked Wheat -- Optional

               Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
               All ingredients at room temperature (70-80º)
               Water should be warm (100-110º)
