Six More Weeks of Winter White Chili
                    Yield: 6 Servings

                      1/2 c  Onion; chopped
                      1/2 lb Ground pork
                      1 1/2 t  Cumin
                      1/4 t  Garlic powder
                      1 c  Cooked wild rice
                      16 oz Can Navy beans; drained
                      16 oz Can chick peas; drained
                       4 oz Diced green chilies; drained
                       16 oz Can white kernel corn; drain
                       1/8 t  Hot sauce
                       14 1/2 oz Chicken broth
                       Parsley; minced

                      Cook pork and onion until meat is no longer pink,
                      about 10 minutes.  Mix in all ingredients except
                      parsley.  Cover and simmer 20 minutes.  Garnish
                    with  parsley when serving.
